德州儀器在台灣
台灣為TI進入亞洲市場的重要基石，於1969年在新北市中和區設立半導體封裝測試工廠，正式進入台灣市場，並陸續於全台五大都會區設立業務行銷辦公室。TI台灣透過先進的封裝流程與測試平台，提供多元化、有效的產品線與製造策略以符合客戶需求，是台灣科技產業最重要的元件供應夥伴，同時也是全球重要的汽車和工業IC生產中心。在近50年的發展佈局，TI為台灣科技產業客戶提供即時產品及技術服務諮詢，帶動產業的發展，並期望經由生態夥伴合作關係，促進台灣科技業在全球的競爭力。
目前，TI台灣共計有2千餘名員工。其位於中和的半導體封裝測試工廠，在近1800名各類專業工程師（測試開發、產品測試、製程、品保、製造、設備）及生產技術員的共同努力之下，著重於研發最先進的封裝測試製程，並創造出每年超過30億顆IC的產能，滿足全球客戶在個人消費性電子、車用以及工業市場的需求。自1969年建廠以來，共計已投資新台幣352億元。該廠通過ISO 9001及ISO 14001等認證、頒獲企業內部管控制度證書，並曾獲得國家職業安全衛生獎及企業環保傑出第三名，是TI全球最重要的封測工廠之一。
同時，TI在台灣北中南各大城市成立的業務行銷辦公室，共有約200位業務及工程師專業人員為全台超過2,500家專注消費性電子、車用電子、工業、通訊、DLP、企業級資訊應用等領域的客戶提供服務。
此外，TI台灣攜手資策會工業局，共同簽署人才培育合作，推動嵌入式及類比專業人才培訓，協助國內業者掌握智慧科技及智慧製造新契機，共同擴大產業新市場。另一方面，為推動車用市場發展，TI台灣更於2015年攜手台灣汽車電子相關業者，成立「次世代駕駛資訊平台研發聯盟」，力求將台灣車用技術推向國際市場。
創立至今屹立不搖的TI，除了憑著領先的技術、廣泛的產品組合外，持續的創新與大量投入人才培育，都是造就現今TI穩居半導體業界龍頭地位的重要因素。目前，TI已與60所台灣大專院校進行產學合作，提供教學資源、工具、實驗設備等。此外，TI不定期舉辦及參與各種設計競賽，鼓勵創新思考，並針對初入職場的年輕世代提出「科技菁英培訓計畫」，透過完善的專業訓練及跨國輪調機制，提高人才競爭力。而在暑假期間，TI每年也會招募全台近50名大專院校的學生進入公司實習，透過實地參訪、專案規劃等方式，提供台灣的新一代人才有搶先進入企業觀摩實作的機會，進而於畢業後進入TI。
